In this Day-Long Retreat, We Will:

~ begin with asana, and pranayama to prepare the body and mind to go deep within

~ experience the transformative power of mantra meditation

~ immerse in the Holy Nights with writing and insight practices

~ gain tools, practices and insight to traverse the holidays and carry into the year ahead

~ Participate in a World Peace Ceremony, uniting our hearts and intentions for collective healing and harmony.

Together we will welcome the mystery of the darkest night of the Winter’s Solstice as well as the dawning of the light.
